TERMS OF BUSINESS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE If you wish to contact us by telephone, our office hours are 0800 to 1200 hours and 1300 to 1700 hours Monday to Friday. Our fax L1ne is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. You may also contact us by e-mail. Visitors to our workshop are always welcome, but we would appreciate a few days prior notice. Arrangements can be made for visits at weekends. Methods of payment By far the most convenient method of payment is by credit/debit card and most of our customers choose to pay by this means. If you wish to pay by cheque, this should be made payable to SVW Spares Ltd. Payments from overseas may also be made by a sterl1ng bank draft drawn on a UK bank, by international money order, or by a direct bank/bank transaction. We can accept cheques drawn on overseas banks, but bank charges will be high and delays likely. Any additional bank charges incurred will be chargeable to the customer. Prices All prices are subject to packing and carriage charges, and VAT is chargeable at the current rate on the total (UK and EC only). Goods remain the property of SVW Spares Ltd until paid for in full. Every effort is made to hold prices constant, however we reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Where parts are supplied on an exchange basis, the old parts should be returned within 28 days and be suitable for re-conditioning to avoid a 50% surcharge. Prices shown in the catalogue have been updated for 2009. Insurance Responsibility cannot be accepted for loss or damage to goods during transit however caused, and on larger orders, insurance can be easily arranged and is not expensive. Carriage Small orders are usually sent by first class post. Larger items may be sent either by parcel force or by a carrier. Our experience is that the shorter time the goods are in transit, the less likely they are to be lost or damaged, and therefore a carrier offering next day delivery within the UK or 3/4 days delivery overseas, offers the best carriage service. Ordering When ordering goods please always enclose your full postal address and the chassis number and body style of your car. Goods, which are correctly supplied, but ordered in error, or not required, can be returned and a credit allowed, but the customer is required to pay all postage costs. Refunds are not normally given. |
