Creating special coachwork
The SVW range of cars that we have rebodied in the style of the Swiss coachbuilder Reinbolt and Christé, have won acclaim worldwide. They are undoubtedly among the most beautiful automobiles ever made. The restrained elegance of the Swiss style lacks both the heavy-handedness shown by many German coachbuilders of the period or overblown flashiness of certain French specialists.We think the photograph speaks for itself. Beautiful.
What will not be apparent from this photograph is that the entire coachwork was designed and fabricated in our own workshop from a single photograph of an original car. We have employed this technique for special coachwork on chassis ranging in size from the humble Morris Minor to the MG WA. Bring us your chassis, and we can do it for you too.
Full & Partial Restorations
Many of our customers enjoy restoring cars themselves. However often they lack either the equipment, or the expertise to tackle all aspects of the job. Which is where we come in. For example, we can build new coachwork to be fitted to a chassis being restored by the owner. Other vehicles come just for engine rebuilds or other technical work. Whatever your need is, we can work together to help you with your restoration. Or we can do full ground up restorations like on this MG SA Charlesworth in for a ground up restoration.
